Resources for County Social Workers

We value our relationships with referring county social workers.  We would be glad to answer any questions on our programs and services and to facilitate the intake process for our programs.

There are many resources available in our region to assist families in times of crisis or need.

Transitional Age Youth (TAY) Resources

Help for youth ages 15 - 21 years

Children’s Receiving Home has focused resources and programs such as Supporting Community Connections to address the specific needs of transition age foster youth and young adults.
